Samuel Forbes is a brilliant young man, whose struggle with his mind left doubts in many (including his doctors) as to his ability to fulfill his potential. I think that is a story many of us can relate with, the feeling of: "If only I were... I could be..." Yet for Mr. Forbes, he has surprised many in his perseverance and his will; even when, as a Buddhist, his expectations for himself are among the loftiest. He has been writing poetry for over a decade now, and when he shared a few of them with me, I found them moving. I encouraged him to publish them, and so I was very happy to have the chance to read them all on the Kindle.Having read the book, I encourage you too to join him in the expression of life, the love story, the tragedy, the triumph, and the journey that is The Grove of The Mind.
